The Turnip House

The cottage sleeps five/six people, the accommodation is as follows :

BEDROOM 1. Double bed.
BEDROOM 2. Two bunk beds (full size 3' wide)
BEDROOM 3. Single bed plus guest bed, (access to this room is via loft ladder)
LOUNGE/DINING ROOM Large room with exposed beams, cottage suite and settle. Log burning heater and television.
KITCHEN. Fully fitted modern oak kitchen with electric cooker microwave and refrigerator.
BATHROOM. Modern bathroom, (bath, toilet and sink), with shower over bath.

HEATING: Wood burning stove in lounge. Electric oil filled radiators in bedrooms.
We provide five bags of logs free and charge £2.00 per extra bag. A £1 coin meter is installed.
BED LINEN. Duvet covers, sheets and pillowcases are provided.

The Tallot
Is the old local name for the horse stable with the stalls down stairs and the tack room and grain store upstairs.

The cottage is 'topsy-turvy' in that the bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor and the living accommodation is on the first, this gives better appreciation of the wonderful views.
BEDROOM: With a double bed, walk in wardrobe, Cornish stone walls and paneled ceiling.
BATHROOM: En-suite to bedroom, comprising toilet, wash basin and shower.
FIRST FLOOR: Combined lounge diner which is open plan to a fully fitted kitchen. The lounge has a colour T.V., a three seater convertible settee and a log effect electric fire. It has stone walls and verandah doors which open up to a balcony rail which overlooks the rear gardens and farmyard.
